These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and GreenPixel Ltd ("GreenPixel", "we", "our" or "us") for your use of Miraz: Face & Photo Editor, its related websites and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License to use Miraz
Subject to these Terms, GreenPixel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Miraz on devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. App store rules and any applicable platform end-user license terms also apply.
3. Your account
Some features may use an optional account. You are responsible for access to your email and device, for keeping one-time sign-in links confidential, and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
4. Your photos and content
You retain your rights in photos and other content you use with Miraz. You give us only the limited permission needed to process content when you request a Service feature, such as sending a selected photo to the cloud provider when you run an AI effect. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to edit the content and that your use does not violate law or another person's rights.
5. AI features
AI results are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing an output before saving, publishing or relying on it. Do not use Miraz to create deceptive, unlawful, abusive, exploitative or rights-infringing content, or to impersonate someone without authorization. We may limit AI features to protect users, providers and the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass access or quota controls, interfere with security, reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it, use automated means to overload it, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use it for unlawful activity.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Miraz may offer free and paid features. Paid plans can be purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play or an authorized web checkout using Stripe. The price, currency, billing period, trial terms and included benefits shown at checkout form part of your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. App-store purchases are billed and managed by the relevant store. Web purchases are billed by Stripe for GreenPixel and can be managed through the Miraz subscription portal.
8. Trials, cancellation and refunds
If a trial is offered, its duration and the price charged after it ends are displayed before purchase. Cancel before the trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active until the paid period ends.
Refunds for Apple or Google purchases are handled under the applicable store's rules. Refunds for web purchases are handled under applicable law and the offer shown at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated, paid fees are non-refundable.
9. Changes to plans and features
We may improve, add, remove or change features. We may change subscription prices for future billing periods after notice required by law or the billing platform. If a material change affects a paid plan, available remedies will follow applicable law and platform rules.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on app stores, payment processors, authentication, AI, analytics and attribution providers. Their terms may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Intellectual property
Miraz, its software, design, branding and original content are owned by GreenPixel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or other property except for the limited license above.
12. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on device compatibility, connectivity, provider availability and current App versions. You may need to install updates to continue using some features.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Miraz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create security or legal risk, or if continuing the Service is no longer commercially reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenPixel and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your country remain unaffected.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of consent.
